Nature of jobRespond to practitioner requests for information, but meeting stipulated service-level agreement
Use Microsoft Outlook receive and respond to practitioner queries
Search internal intellectual property databases to address requests
Maintain a working knowledge of industry, services areas, functions, methods, and tools
Manage service requests from origination to completion
Record service requests, correspondence, and resolution in a call management system
Follow standard escalation process to resolve issues
Use of tools like Deloitte OnLine and other Deloitte standard tools for smooth functioning
Participate in knowledge sharing and transfer sessions when required
The key skills required are as follows:

Required Skills· Internet skills
· Microsoft Office skills
· Basic HTML skills
· Understanding of basic business terminologies

Shift: Rotating shifts: 5am to 2pm, 2pm to 11pm, 9pm to 6am
