Reporting

Roles are
1) Provide regular audit feedback to the floor associates basis daily audits.
2) RCM Experience mandatory (3 years)
3) QA role preferred (2 years)
4) SIX Sigma certification preferred
5) Conduct RCA \ 5 Y analysis \ Pareto analysis on monthly audit data and publish the findings
6) Conduct a monthly quality session for the operations teams to share top improvement areas\top error categories and preventive actions
7) Conduct TNA on need basis for bottom quartile management
Participate in monthly calibration sessions with operations and clients
8) Discuss audit sheet changes \ modifications on need basis with the operations team
9) Willingness to work in Night shifts and flexible to shift rotations based on the business requirement
